Thaqalayn collects minimal personal data required strictly for event registrations, chapter memberships, and administrative communication (such as name and email address). We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

2. Security & Storage

All platform data is securely transmitted over HTTPS and stored using modern database encryption standards. Administrative credentials and passwords are strictly hashed using bcrypt before storage.

3. Your Data Rights

Members and event attendees have the right to request a copy of their stored event registration data or request immediate deletion by contacting our technical team at contact@thaqalayn.ca.
