1 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ وَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارِ جَمِيعاً عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ وَ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ نُوحٍ عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ (ع) قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) يَقُولُ يَا عَلِيُّ لَقَدْ أَذْهَلَنِي هَذَانِ الْغُلَامَانِ يَعْنِي الْحَسَنَ وَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) أَنْ أُحِبَّ بَعْدَهُمَا أَحَداً أَبَداً إِنَّ رَبِّي أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُحِبَّهُمَا وَ أُحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُمَا

1. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Abǐ Khalaf, ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ĥimyari, and Muĥammad ibn Yaĥyā Al-‘Aťťār, from Aĥmad ibn Muĥammad ibn ‘Isā, from ‘Ali ibn Ĥakam, and from others, from Jamǐl ibn Durrāj, from his brother Nūĥ, from (Yaĥyā ibn ‘Abdillāh) Al-Ajlaĥ, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from ‘Abdil ‘Azǐz, who said: ‘Ali, (the Commander of the Believers (a.s.)), said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) used to say, “O ‘Ali! These two sons – meaning Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.) – have caused me to forget about loving anyone else aside from them. Verily My Lord ordered me to love them and to love those who love them.”

2 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الزَّيْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ جَمِيعاً قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْ سَمِعَ بَكْرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيَّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) لِي يَا عِمْرَانُ إِنَّ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَوْقِعاً مِنَ الْقَلْبِ وَ مَا وَقَعَ مَوْقِعَ هَذَيْنِ الْغُلَامَيْنِ مِنْ قَلْبِي شَيْءٌ قَطُّ فَقُلْتُ كُلُّ هَذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ يَا عِمْرَانُ وَ مَا خَفِيَ عَلَيْكَ أَكْثَرُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَمَرَنِي بِحُبِّهِمَا

2. Muĥammad ibn Aĥmad ibn Ibrāhǐm narrated to me from Ĥusain ibn ‘Ali Al-Zaydi, from his father, from ‘Ali ibn ‘Abbās, and from ‘Abdil Salām ibn Ĥarb, from someone who heard Bakr ibn ‘Abdillāh Al-Muzani narrate, from ‘Imrān ibn Ĥušayn, who said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said to me, “O ‘Imrān! Everything has a place in the heart. However, nothing can fill the place I have in my heart for these two sons.” I said, “O Messenger of Allāh! (You love them) this much?” The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) replied, “That which is hidden from you (the extent of my love) is even greater than this. Verily Allāh has ordered me to love them.”

3 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الْجَرِيرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ الْغِفَارِيِّ قَالَ أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) بِحُبِّ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) فَأَنَا أُحِبُّهُمَا وَ أُحِبُّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُمَا لِحُبِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ (ص) إِيَّاهُمَا

3. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Muĥammad ibn Ĥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from someone who narrated to him, from Sufyān Al-Jarǐri, from his father, from Abǐ Rāfi’, from his father, from his grandfather, from Abǐ Dhar Al-Ghifāri, who said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) ordered me to love Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.). Therefore, I love them and I love those who love them because of the Messenger of Allāh’s love for (Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.)).

4 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ نَسِيتُ اسْمَهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ مُهَلْهَلٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هَارُونَ الْعَبْدِيِّ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ السَّعْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ الْغِفَارِيِّ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ (ص) يُقَبِّلُ الْحَسَنَ وَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) وَ هُوَ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ الْحَسَنَ وَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) وَ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمَا مُخْلِصاً لَمْ تَلْفَحِ النَّارُ وَجْهَهُ وَ لَوْ كَانَتْ ذُنُوبُهُ بِعَدَدِ رَمْلِ عَالِجٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ ذَنْبُهُ ذَنْباً يُخْرِجُهُ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ

4. My father narrated to me from ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ĥimyari, from one of our companions – whose name he forgot, from ‘Ubaydillāh ibn Mūsā, from Muhalhal Al-‘Abdi, from Abǐ Hārūn Al-‘Abdi, from Rabǐ’ah Al-Sa’di, from Abǐ Dhar Al-Ghifāri, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) kiss Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.) and say: The fire will not touch the face of those who are sincere in their love for Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.) and their progeny, even if their sins are equal to the number of (grains of) sand, unless they have committed a sin that expels them from the faith.

5 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَابِسٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ السَّلْمَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ (ص) يَقُولُ مَنْ كَانَ يُحِبُّنِي فَلْيُحِبَّ ابْنَيَّ هَذَيْنِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ أَمَرَنِي بِحُبِّهِمَا

5. Muĥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz Al-Qurashi narrated to me from Muĥammad ibn Ĥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Ĥasan ibn Maĥbūb, from someone whose name he mentioned, from ‘Ali ibn ‘Ābis, from (‘Abdillāh ibn Muĥammad Al-Kūfi) Al-Ĥajjāl, from ‘Amr ibn Murrah, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Salamah, from ‘Ubaydah Al-Salmāni, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Mas’ūd, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) say, “Those who love me should love these two sons of mine, for verily Allāh has ordered me to love the two of them.”

6 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْبَزَّازِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شِمْرٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (ع) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَمَسَّكَ بِعُرْوَةِ اللَّهِ الْوُثْقَى الَّتِي قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فِي كِتَابِهِ فَلْيُوَالِ [فَلْيَتَوَلَّ] عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَ الْحَسَنَ وَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّهُمَا مِنْ فَوْقِ عَرْشِهِ

6. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Aĥmad ibn Muĥammad ibn ‘Isā, from his father Muĥammad ibn ‘Isā, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Mughǐrah, from Muĥammad ibn Sulaymān Al-Bazzāz, from ‘Amr ibn Shimr, from Jābir, who said: Abū Ja’far (Imam Bāqir (a.s.)) said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said, “Those who want to hold onto the ‘firmest handhold’ (2:256) of Allāh, which He has mentioned in His Book, should love ‘Ali ibn Abǐ Ťālib, Ĥasan, and Ĥusain (a.s.), for verily Allāh loves them on top of His Throne.”

7 وَ عَنْهُ وَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) مَنْ أَبْغَضَ الْحَسَنَ وَ الْحُسَيْنَ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ لَيْسَ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ لَحْمٌ وَ لَمْ تَنَلْهُ شَفَاعَتِي

7. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Aĥmad ibn Muĥammad, from his father, and from ‘Abdil Raĥmān ibn Abǐ Najrān, from someone, from ‘Abbās ibn Walǐd, from his father, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Šādiq (a.s.)) said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said, “Those who hate Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.) will come on the Day of Judgment without any flesh on their faces and they will be excluded from my intercession.”

8 وَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) قُرَّةُ عَيْنِي النِّسَاءُ وَ رَيْحَانَتِي رَيْحَانَتَايَ الْحَسَنُ وَ الْحُسَيْنُ ع

8. Muĥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz narrated to me from Muĥammad ibn Ĥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Muĥammad ibn Ismā’ǐl, from Abil Maghrā (Ĥumayd ibn Muthannā Al-Šayrafi), from Abǐ Bašǐr, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Šādiq (a.s.)) said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said, “Women are the light of my eyes and Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.) are my two flowers.”

9 حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَ عَنِ الْأَصْبَغِ عَنْ زَاذَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ (ع) فِي الرَّحْبَةِ يَقُولُ الْحَسَنُ وَ الْحُسَيْنُ رَيْحَانَتَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص

9. Ĥasan ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Muĥammad ibn ‘Isā narrated to me from his father, from Ĥasan ibn Maĥbūb, from someone whose name he mentioned, from ‘Ali ibn ‘Abbās, from Minhāl ibn ‘Amr, from Ašbagh (ibn Nubātah), from Zādhān, who said: I heard ‘Ali ibn Abǐ Ťālib (a.s.) say in Ruĥbah, “Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.) are the two flowers of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.).”

10 حَدَّثَنِي جَمَاعَةُ مَشَايِخِي مِنْهُمْ أَبِي وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ جَمِيعاً عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْيَقْطِينِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ زَكَرِيَّا الْمُؤْمِنِ عَنْ أَبِي مُسْكَانَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (ع) قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) خُذُوا بِحُجْزَةِ هَذَا الْأَنْزَعِ فَإِنَّهُ الصِّدِّيقُ الْأَكْبَرُ وَ الْهَادِي لِمَنِ اتَّبَعَهُ وَ مَنْ سَبَقَهُ مَرَقَ مِنْ دِينِ اللَّهِ وَ مَنْ خَذَلَهُ مَحَقَهُ اللَّهُ وَ مَنِ اعْتَصَمَ بِهِ فَقَدِ اعْتَصَمَ بِاللَّهِ [اعْتَصَمَ بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ] وَ مَنْ أَخَذَ بِوَلَايَتِهِ هَدَاهُ اللَّهُ وَ مَنْ تَرَكَ وَلَايَتَهُ أَضَلَّهُ اللَّهُ وَ مِنْهُ سِبْطَا أُمَّتِي الْحَسَنُ وَ الْحُسَيْنُ وَ هُمَا ابْنَايَ وَ مِنْ وُلْدِ الْحُسَيْنِ الْأَئِمَّةُ الْهُدَاةُ وَ الْقَائِمُ الْمَهْدِيُّ فَأَحِبُّوهُمْ وَ تَوَالَوْهُمْ وَ لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوَّهُمْ وَلِيجَةً مِنْ دُونِهِمْ فَيَحِلَّ عَلَيْكُمْ غَضَبٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَ ذِلَّةٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَ قَدْ خابَ مَنِ افْتَرى

10. A group of my scholars including my father, Muĥammad ibn Ĥasan, and ‘Ali ibn Ĥusain all narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Abǐ Khalaf, from Muĥammad ibn ‘Isā ibn ‘Ubayd Al-Yaqťǐni, from Abǐ ‘Abdillāh Zakariyyā Al-Mu`min, from Ibn Muskān, from Zayd (ibn Yūnus Al-Shaĥĥām) servant of Ibn Hubayrah, from Abǐ Ja’far (Imam Bāqir (a.s.)), who said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said: Hold on to this emptied man (Imam ‘Ali (a.s.)). Verily he is ŠIDDǏQ AL-AKBAR (the greatest truthful one) and he is the guide of those who follow him. Those who precede him have apostatized the religion of Allāh. Allāh will destroy those who disappoint him. Those who adhere to him have adhered to the “cord of Allāh” (3:103). Allāh guides those who accept his Wilāyah and He leads astray those who neglect his Wilāyah. Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.), the two chiefs of my nation, are from ‘Ali (a.s.) and they are my sons. The Imams of guidance and Mahdi, the Qā`im (a.s.), are (all) from the children of Ĥusain (a.s.). Therefore, love them and follow them. Do not take their enemies as friends or choose them as leaders above them, for if you do, the wrath of Allāh will befall you and you will be disgraced in this world. “And he who forges a lie fails miserably” (20:61).

11 حَدَّثَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ بِالرَّيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خَيْثَمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) حُسَيْنٌ مِنِّي وَ أَنَا مِنْ حُسَيْنٍ أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ حُسَيْناً حُسَيْنٌ سِبْطٌ مِنَ الْأَسْبَاطِ

11. Ĥusain ibn ‘Ali Al-Za’farāni narrated to me in the city of Ray, from Yaĥyā ibn Sulaymān, from ‘Abdillāh ibn ‘Uthmān ibn Khaytham, from Sa’ǐd ibn Abǐ Rāshid, from Ya’lā ibn Murrah, who said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said: Ĥusain (a.s.) is from me and I am from Ĥusain (a.s.). Allāh loves those who love Ĥusain (a.s.). Ĥusain (a.s.) is a chief from among the chiefs.

12 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا الْعَدَوِيِّ الْبَصْرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى [اللَّهِ] بْنِ حَمَّادٍ الْبُرْسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى الْعَامِرِيِّ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مِنْ عِنْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ (ص) إِلَى طَعَامٍ دُعِيَ إِلَيْهِ فَإِذَا هُوَ بِحُسَيْنٍ (ع) يَلْعَبُ مَعَ الصِّبْيَانِ فَاسْتَقْبَلَهُ النَّبِيُّ (ص) أَمَامَ الْقَوْمِ ثُمَّ بَسَطَ يَدَيْهِ فَطَفَرَ الصَّبِيُّ هَاهُنَا مَرَّةً وَ هَاهُنَا مَرَّةً وَ جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) يُضَاحِكُهُ حَتَّى أَخَذَهُ فَجَعَلَ إِحْدَى يَدَيْهِ تَحْتَ ذَقَنِهِ وَ الْأُخْرَى تَحْتَ قَفَائِهِ وَ وَضَعَ فَاهُ عَلَى فِيهِ وَ قَبَّلَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ حُسَيْنٌ مِنِّي وَ أَنَا مِنْ حُسَيْنٍ أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ حُسَيْناً حُسَيْنٌ سِبْطٌ مِنَ الْأَسْبَاطِ

12. Muĥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ĥimyari narrated to me from Abǐ Sa’ǐd Ĥasan ibn ‘Ali ibn Zakariyyā Al-‘Adwi Al-Bašri, from ‘Abdil A’lā ibn Ĥammād Al-Bursi, from Wahab, from ‘Abdillāh ibn ‘Uthmān, from Sa’ǐd ibn Abǐ Rāshid, from Ya’lā Al-‘Āmiri, who said: I was going with the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) to a place where he was invited for food when we saw Ĥusain (a.s.) playing with (other) children. The Prophet (s.a.a.w.) went ahead of us and opened his arms (to catch him). Ĥusain (a.s.) was running in different directions and the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) was making him laugh until he caught him. Then he placed one of his hands under Ĥusain’s chin and the other hand behind his head. He placed his mouth on the mouth of Ĥusain (a.s.) and kissed him. Then he said, “Ĥusain (a.s.) is from me and I am from Ĥusain (a.s.). Allāh loves those who love Ĥusain (a.s.). Ĥusain (a.s.) is a chief from among the chiefs.”

13 وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا نَضْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ (ع) قَالَ أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) بِيَدِ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ فَقَالَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ هَذَيْنِ الْغُلَامَيْنِ وَ أَبَاهُمَا وَ أُمَّهُمَا- فَهُوَ مَعِي فِي دَرَجَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

13. Muĥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ĥimyari narrated to me from Abǐ Sa’ǐd (Ĥasan ibn ‘Ali ibn Zakariyyā Al-‘Adwi Al-Bašri), from Našr ibn ‘Ali, from ‘Ali ibn Ja’far, who said: His brother, Mūsā ibn Ja’far (Imam Kāżim (a.s.)), said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) held the hands of Ĥasan and Ĥusain (a.s.) and said, “Those who love these two boys and love their father and mother will be with me in my position on the Day of Judgment.”
