 أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ مَزَارٍ عَنْ یُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْکَانَ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: أَیُّمَا رَجُلٍ مِنْ شِیعَتِنَا أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ إِخْوَانِنَا فَاسْتَعَانَ بِهِ فِی حَاجَهٍ فَلَمْ یُعِنْهُ وَ هُوَ یَقْدِرُ ابْتَلَاهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِأَنْ یَقْضِیَ حَوَائِجَ عَدُوٍّ مِنْ أَعْدَائِنَا یُعَذِّبُهُ اللَّهُ عَلَیْهِ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَهِ.

1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Ali b. Ibrahim from his father from Ismail b. Mazar from Yunis b. Abdulrahman from Ibn Muskan from Abi Basir from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “If a Shia goes to his brother and seeks help from him in any matter and if the latter has capacity to help him out but does not do so, the Almighty Allah will give him power to help our enemies. He will be punished on the Day of Judgment for doing so.”

 حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنْ سَعْدَانَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبَانٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عقَالَ: مَنْ بَخِلَ بِمَعُونَهِ أَخِیهِ الْمُسْلِمِ وَ الْقِیَامِ لَهُ فِی حَاجَتِهِ ابْتُلِیَ بِمَعُونَهِ مَنْ یَأْثَمُ وَ لَا یُؤْجَرُ.

2. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan al-Saffar from al-Abbas b. Ma’ruf from Sa’dan b. Muslim from al-Hussain b. Aban from Abi Abdillah (a.s.)who said: “One who keeps away from helping a Muslim brother and helps a person whose help is prohibited, will get no reward for it.”
