 أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْیَرِیُّ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ إِنَّ فِی کِتَابِ عَلِیٍّ ع أَنَّ آکِلَ مَالِ الْیَتَامَی ظُلْماً سَیُدْرِکُهُ وَبَالُ ذَلِکَ فِی عَقِبِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ فِی الدُّنْیَا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ یَقُولُ- وَ لْیَخْشَ الَّذِینَ لَوْ تَرَکُوا مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ ذُرِّیَّهً ضِعافاً خافُوا عَلَیْهِمْ فَلْیَتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَ لْیَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِیداً وَ أَمَّا فِی الْآخِرَهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ یَقُولُ- إِنَّ الَّذِینَ یَأْکُلُونَ أَمْوالَ الْیَتامی ظُلْماً إِنَّما یَأْکُلُونَ فِی بُطُونِهِمْ ناراً وَ سَیَصْلَوْنَ سَعِیراً

1.  Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) said that it is written in the book of Imam Amirul Momineen (a.s.) that one who usurps the wealth of an orphan forcefully, this wealth will be a cause of calamity  for  him  soon  on  the  Day  of  Judgment.  And regarding the punishment of this world, Allah says, “And let those  fear  who,  should  they  leave  behind  them  weakly offspring,  would  fear  on  their  account,  so  let  them  be careful  of  (their  duty  to)  Allah,  and  let  them  speak  right words. Allah   says   regarding   the   punishment   of   the hereafter:  (As  for)  those  who  swallow  the  property  of  the orphans  unjustly,  surely  they  only  swallow  fire  into  their bellies and they shall enter burning fire.”

 أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنْ أَخِیهِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ زُرْعَهَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَضْرَمِیِّ عَنْ سَمَاعَهَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ یَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَعَدَ فِی مَالِ الْیَتِیمِ عُقُوبَتَیْنِ أَمَّا أَحَدُهُمَا فَعُقُوبَهُ الْآخِرَهِ النَّارُ وَ أَمَّا عُقُوبَهُ الدُّنْیَا فَهُوَ قَوْلُهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ- وَ لْیَخْشَ الَّذِینَ لَوْ تَرَکُوا مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ ذُرِّیَّهً ضِعافاً خافُوا عَلَیْهِمْ فَلْیَتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَ لْیَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِیداً یَعْنِی بِذَلِکَ لِیَخْشَ أَنْ أَخْلُفَهُ فِی ذُرِّیَّتِهِ کَمَا صَنَعَ هُوَ بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْیَتَامَی.

2.  It is narrated that Imam (a.s.) said, “The Almighty Allah has  promised  two  punishments  for  those  who  usurp  the wealth of orphans forcefully. One of these is the punishment of  hereafter  and  that  is  the  fire  of  Hell.  Another  is  the punishment of this world and Allah says regarding this: And let those fear  who, should they leave behind  them weakly offspring,  would  fear  on  their  account,  so  let  them  be careful  of  (their  duty  to)  Allah,  and  let  them  speak  right words. Because your children can be dealt in the similar way as you deal with other orphans.”

 حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِی نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ حَکِیمٍ عَنِ الْمُعَلَّی بْنِ خُنَیْسٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: دَخَلْنَا عَلَیْهِ فَابْتَدَأَ فَقَالَ مَنْ أَکَلَ مَالَ الْیَتِیمِ سَلَّطَ اللَّهُ عَلَیْهِ مَنْ یَظْلِمُهُ وَ عَلَی عَقِبِهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ یَقُولُ وَ لْیَخْشَ الَّذِینَ لَوْ تَرَکُوا مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ ذُرِّیَّهً ضِعافاً خافُوا عَلَیْهِمْ فَلْیَتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَ لْیَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِیداً.

3. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan al-Saffar from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Isa from Abdulrahman b. Abi Najran from ’Amir b. Hakeem from al-Mu’ala b. Khunays from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: And let those fear who, should they leave behind them weakly offspring, would fear on their account, so let them be careful of (their duty to) Allah, and let them speak right words.”
