 أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِیِّ عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَنْ بَنَی مَسْکَناً فَذَبَحَ کَبْشاً سَمِیناً وَ أَطْعَمَ لَحْمَهُ الْمَسَاکِینَ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ ادْحَرْ عَنِّی مَرَدَهَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ وَ الشَّیَاطِینِ وَ بَارِکْ لِی فِی بِنَائِی أُعْطِیَ مَا سَأَلَ.

1.  Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his predecessors that the  Holy  Prophet  (s.a.w.s.)  said,  “One  who  builds  a  new house,  slaughters  a  healthy  animal,  distributes  its  meat among  the  poor  and  recites  the  following  supplication: Allaahummad h’ar a’nnee maradatal jinni wash shayaat’eeni wa baarik lee fee binaaee will get whatever he wishes.”
